UGA Miracle has a place for everyone and offers a variety of ways to get involved depending on your desired level of commitment. We want you to join our team!
Become a Team Member:
Team Members play an essential role in UGA Miracle. Throughout the year Team Members can participate in all of UGA Miracle's special events and, with the help of the Executive Board, participate in letter writing campaigns, canning, online fundraising, and other efforts to raise $200. We give you all the tools you need to reach your fundraising goal, whatever it may be. Team Members are asked to attend monthly meetings where they are given all the information they need to know about upcoming events and fundraising opportunities. These meetings also give Team Members the chance hear about the children we are helping and the miracles we are making happen.
When you register online, you will be asked, “What team, if any, are you registering with?” The organization that you list here will serve as your team. Examples: Sorority, Fraternity, ROTC, Arch Society, Russell Hall Floor 5, etc. The fundraising totals for all team members are combined and teams are given the opportunity to present a check at the Marathon in February. ANYONE can create a new team. Click on the link above and you will be given the opportunity to create a new team during the registration process.

Become a Committee Member:
Becoming a Committee Members is a way to get a little bit more involved with UGA Miracle. Throughout the year, with the help of the Executive Board, Committee Members participate in letter writing campaigns, canning, online fundraising, and other efforts to raise $300. Committees meet once a week and have a wide range of responsibilities. With 11 different committees to choose from there is a place for you no matter what your interests. For more information about joining a committee, contact us at UGAMiracle@gmail.com. Committee applications will become available in at our Kickoff event, which will be held August 22, 2012.

This is the highest level of commitment to UGA Miracle. You must serve as a Committee Member before you can apply for an Executive Board position. Applications and more information will be available in March 2013.
