High School Ambassadors Program
Attention all high school students! Do you have what it takes to be a UGA Miracle High School Ambassador?
-Stand out on your college applications
-Gain relationships with student leaders at UGA
-Develop your character and leadership skills
-Learn how to be a significant member of a non-profit organization
-Compete with other high schools in Georgia

UGA Miracle is one of the largest student-run organizations at the University of Georgia. All money raised goes directly to Children's Miracle Network hospitals. Members passionately work the entire school-year until the 24-hour end-of-the-year fundraiser named Dance Marathon. This is an event filled with fun, dancing, musical performances, food, moon walks, and much more! UGA students look forward to Dance Marathon all year. However, what really makes the event special is the presence of Miracle kids and their families at the marathon. Miracle kids are children who are directly impacted by funds raised by UGA Miracle, and they are some of the most amazing and courageous children in the world

The UGA Miracle Ambassador Program was designed to empower high school students to reach beyond limits often prescribed to youth and accomplish goals that they would have never thought possible. It specifically targets passionate students who will be dedicated to giving back to a cause bigger than themselves. This position is very competitive, and only a few students from each school who stand out to the UGA Miracle Executive Board will be selected. Ambassadors will carefully be selected soon after the application deadline, and the program will commence in the beginning of December.
A fundraising goal will be set by each Ambassador with the help of their respective adviser. The advisers will be UGA Miracle committee members who are in charge of over-seeing each student's efforts, guiding their journey, and educating them on the following:
-Art of strategic fundraising
-Business communication
-Personal development
-Community enrichment
-Goal-setting and executing
...and much more!
The program was designed to give creative freedom to both the adviser and the Ambassador. Although a general curriculum will be provided, each member has the liberty to travel on what they feel is the best route to reach their goals.
